Based in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines — open to working with clients globally.
I'm not only managing other people's operations — I've been running my own since 2016. Joaqui's Homemade Spread and Teh PaPrint PH are small businesses I own and operate end-to-end: production, social media, customer inquiries, delivery coordination, and payroll for a small team. That's where the administrative instincts come from — I've made the mistakes on my own business first.
Outside of client and business work, I coordinate community projects for Black Ops Underground PH, a Philippine volunteer organization — handling needs assessment, resource planning, beneficiary identification, and sponsor outreach for projects supporting orphanages, special education schools, underserved communities, and evacuation centers, including annual toy drives that reach thousands of children each year. Same skill set, different stakes: research, organization, and following through.
